If you are unsure whether we cover your address, please contact us before booking. Availability may depend on travel time, parking and safe access for the van.
-
We require:
Access to a suitable main wall power socket.
Access to the back of your broadband router for a wired internet connection.
A safe and legal place to park the gaming van.
The van to be parked within approximately 25 metres of the property.
Enough room around the van for guests to enter and leave safely.
-
Unfortunately, we cannot normally operate on a busy main road, main bus route or anywhere that would be unsafe for guests entering and leaving the van.
Please contact us before booking if you are unsure whether your street is suitable.
-
We can normally only attend a flat if it is located on the ground floor and suitable power and internet access can be provided safely.
-
Food, drinks, chewing gum and other liquids are not permitted inside the gaming van. This protects the equipment and helps us keep the van clean and safe for every customer.
-
We will make reasonable efforts to support guests with additional needs. However, access may be limited by the physical design and entrance of the van.
Please contact us before booking to explain the guest’s requirements so we can confirm whether suitable and safe arrangements are possible.
-
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your booking.
-
We can operate in normal Scottish weather. However, we may need to delay, relocate or cancel a booking if severe weather, flooding, snow, high winds or dangerous road conditions make travelling or operating unsafe.
We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible if this happens.
-
If a vehicle breakdown, serious technical fault, staff emergency or other unexpected event prevents us from completing your booking, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement date or a refund
